Credits are consumed when using analysis features. Subscription plans renew automatically. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
You may not: scrape or bulk-download data from our platform, redistribute our analyses or reports commercially without authorization, use our service for illegal purposes, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures.
While we strive for accuracy, property data comes from public records which may contain errors or be outdated. Fortune Leo is not responsible for decisions made based on our data. Always verify information independently before taking action.
Fortune Leo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including investment losses, missed opportunities, or reliance on our data or analyses.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
